Use any and all methods necessary. Methods are like tools in a toolbox - and I've got a deep toolbox.

The programming is comprehensive, including all aspects required to achieve your goals which can include strength, power, speed, agility, and sport-specific conditioning - while including education around healthy habits to boost performance and increase longevity.

Guide and mentor you not only to develop into a better athlete but a healthier human that is equipped with the tools to take ownership over your training and your life.
